As of April 2023, we've made a few changes to the FUN we offer. Skateboards are no longer allowed on the Historic Downtown tour. That tour allows for scooters only. You must be at least 14 years of age to participate on this tour and you must be fully capable of operating the scooter. 

If you have younger kids, the only experience they can participate in is on our 30 and 60 minute beach rides. 

For all of our adventures: If it is greater than 24 hours before the originally scheduled departure time you can cancel for any reason and receive a FULL REFUND or change the date of your ride free of charge. If you are unable to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time there are no refunds or reschedules. You will need to book again. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Reschedules require 24 hours advance notice, and we will do our best to assist to get your preferred alternate time. We are unable to provide same day rescheduling and missing your departure time will result in the forfeiture of your tickets. This policy applies to the original booking and does not apply to changes or rescheduled times as additional changes will be at our discretion and additional charges may apply. 

Beach rides take place from Burney Beach Park. The address is 95570 Burney Rd Fernandina Beach, Fl 32034. Directions can be a bit confusing so when you’re driving on Burney Rd look for a sign that reads Burney Beach Park. Pull in there park anywhere you see available. Proceed to walk past the restrooms to the boardwalk which leads to the beach where you’ll see your guide ready for your ride. Whether your 30 or 60 minute beach rides they both take place from here. 

We take your safety seriously. If the forecast reflects a strong likelihood for thunderstorms, sleet, snow, dust storms, hurricanes, it will be up to us to cancel the tour and keep you safe – we will “rain check” your reservation to another day (subject to availability) OR provide you a full refund, whichever you prefer. On days when there is a chance for unsafe weather conditions we will be monitoring the weather to make sure it is safe to ride. If we do decide it is necessary to cancel or delay the adventure, reservations will be notified via the booking info on file, so be sure to check your email and/or phone for updates from us. All tours are considered a go unless we've contacted you otherwise so plan on showing up on time and having a fun and safe cruise.
